    A note from Dr. Nwandu

My journey in medicine has always been rooted in service: service to patients, families, communities, and future generations of physicians.

At the bedside, I care for patients navigating complex acute and chronic illness. Beyond it, I speak, teach, and write about the future of medicine, particularly the role of lifestyle medicine interventions, health systems reform, and physician education in preventing disease and improving outcomes.

I believe healing happens not only through prescriptions and procedures, but through partnership, education, and compassionate presence.
