Brian Seitz is a seasoned and successful executive with deep experience in operations, law and finance. Brian is a key member of the management team for a family office and focuses his efforts on acquiring companies and cultivating efficient corporate growth.
Chef Anthony Hamilton
Chef Anthony Hamilton is a 2003 graduate of the Culinary Institute of American in Hyde Park, New York, as well a 2010 graduate of Kent State University's Hospitality Management program. Hamilton has more than 20 years of restaurant and hospitality working experience, ranging from quick-service outlets to full-service catering to fine dining. He has held positions in all areas of the restaurant industry with most notably chef de cuisine, executive chef, corporate chef, chef/consultant, and director of operations.
David Ross
Dave Ross is a restaurant industry veteran and co-host of Restauranttopia. With a background in foodservice distribution and business leadership, he shares real-world insights to help independent restaurants thrive. He's also the founder of Better Today 365, a personal growth platform focused on gratitude and daily improvement.
